£11k to £15k  BASIC plus Commission (dependent on language and experience)

On-line car rental company based in Manchester city centre has an ongoing requirement for customer services staff with all European languages.  This is a fast-moving company with very ambitious plans.  You must be totally customer focussed with near native standard in your given language.  All languages required - French, German, Spanish, Italian, and particularly Scandinavian - Danish, Norwegian and Swedish.  Immediate start!

ITALIAN AND FRENCH SPEAKING CONFIRMATIONS AGENT

MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

salary negotiable dependent on experience

Our client, a leader in the travel business, is looking to recruit an Italian and French speaking administrator for their confirmations department.  The role is to assist the confirmations manager. Duties to include  -

- Ensure maximum cover for France and Italy - fluency in both languages required.

- Creat rapport with suppliers for France and Italy

- Complete bookings and deal with enquiries from suppliers and customers

- Confirm bookings through supplier systems

Some knowledge of the travel industy and its software would be an advantage but not essential.  Most importantly you will have fluency in French and Italian plus very good English.  Great opportunity for recent languages graduate to get into the travel industry.
